At the table

Hole cards
The two private cards dealt to you.
Board / community cards
Shared cards everyone can use: the flop (3), the turn (4th) and the river (5th).
Preflop
Before any community card is dealt.
Flop / Turn / River
The board after 3, 4 and 5 community cards.
Showdown
When remaining players reveal hands and the best five-card hand wins.
Opponents
How many other players are still contesting the pot.

Odds and equity

Equity
Your share of the pot expressed as a percentage — how often this hand wins at showdown if all remaining cards are dealt out.
Raw win probability
Equity measured against opponents holding completely random hands, with no assumption about how they play.
Adjusted equity
Raw equity scaled by a positional range factor, to approximate opponents playing tighter from early seats and wider from late seats.
Range factor
The multiplier applied to raw equity for your seat. Below 1.00 tightens the estimate, above 1.00 loosens it.
Tie probability
How often the hand splits the pot instead of winning outright.
Pot odds
The price of a call compared with the size of the pot you can win.
Break-even equity
The minimum equity that makes a call profitable: call amount divided by (pot + call). Above it, calling makes money over time.
Exact equity
A number produced by counting every possibility rather than sampling. Heads-up preflop spots read a precomputed 169-hand table, and heads-up spots with a flop, turn or river enumerate every opponent holding and runout.
Monte Carlo simulation
The sampling fallback used only for multiway spots, where full enumeration is too large: thousands of random runouts are dealt and averaged, landing within roughly ±1 percentage point at 8,000 runouts.
Trials / combinations
How much work produced the number: combinations counted on an exact path, or runouts dealt on the sampling path.

Training mode

Round
A training session of 10 hands at one fixed difficulty.
Tolerance
How far your answer can be from the true equity and still count as correct.
Streak
Consecutive correct answers; it resets on any miss or timeout.
Timeout
A hand where the clock expired before you answered. Counts as a miss.
Score
Correct answers as a percentage of the hands in the round.
Avg error
Average distance, in percentage points, between your answers and the true equity.

Bankroll tracker

Session
One logged visit to a table: a date, a buy-in and a cash-out.
Buy-in
The money you put on the table for that session.
Cash-out
The money you left the table with.
Net / profit
Cash-out minus buy-in for a session.
Cumulative profit
Running total of every session net, in date order — the line on the chart.
Win rate
Share of sessions that finished with a positive net.
ROI
Total profit divided by total buy-ins, as a percentage.
